Common pricing questions

An active SKU is any product variant (size, color, style) that has had at least one sale in the past 90 days and is currently tracked in your connected channels. Archived, discontinued, or out-of-season SKUs with no recent sales activity do not count toward your plan limit.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your account settings — the change takes effect immediately and you'll be billed the prorated difference for the current billing period. Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal date.
All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. During the trial, you'll have access to the full Growth plan feature set — you can connect your integrations, see your first SKU-level forecasts, and review replenishment recommendations before committing.
Yes. All native integrations (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.) are included at no extra cost. The Starter plan supports 2 channel connections. Growth and Enterprise plans include unlimited channel connections. Custom API integrations for Enterprise customers are handled during onboarding.
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We store data in AWS US-West-2 with daily backups and point-in-time recovery. Access controls limit data visibility to your account. We do not sell or share your inventory or sales data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Starter plans include email support with responses within 1 business day. Growth plans include priority email and chat support (response within 4 business hours). Enterprise plans include a dedicated onboarding manager, a shared Slack channel with the Stockorlo team, and a guaranteed 4-hour response SLA.
